The Downtown Hamilton SID area includes High Street from the Miami River to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and the first block, both north and south, of each of the streets that cross High Street: Monument, Front, Second, Third, and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. The section of Court Street bordering the Butler County Courthouse is also included. Property owners are assessed according to the total front footage of their property on each of these streets.
