In addition to marketing and public information, the SID provides other services for the SID members.

| Litter Control | Snow Removal | Landscaping Maintenance

The SID has contracted with Shur Clean to provide individuals three days each week for four hours a day, weather permitting. These individuals will sweep the sidewalks in the SID core area and help us maintain a pleasant environment in Downtown Hamilton.

Shur Clean will provide major snow removal. On the days with heavy snowfall, the litter control crew will provide some assistance with detail cleaning, but each business may need to do some additional shoveling in close areas such as entryways.

Areas that are not covered by the sprinkler system are watered three times a week by Shur Clean. SID is currently in the process or getting the irrigation system into all landscaping areas.

SID has replaced newspaper racks throughout the SID area to give a better appearance from the street. The one unit box replaced the multiple units that were on the street corners.
